Chinese artificial intelligence company DeepSeek is preparing to significantly increase the prices of its AI services, marking a notable shift for a company that has built much of its reputation on offering powerful models at exceptionally low costs.
DeepSeek informed users that it plans to raise prices across its API services in the near future and warned that the increase is expected to be substantial. The company has not yet disclosed the new rates or specified when the changes will take effect.
